An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until March 11, 2019
This six week course is designed to bring stillness into your life. Whether you have a daily practice or have never sat in silence, we all start each day with a beginner’s mind. This class is designed to help you access your inner peace and find calm within. Over the six weeks, we study and practice 7 different styles of meditation and mindfulness, working towards establishing a sustainable home practice.
