Go to Google Calendar or your phone calendar right now to schedule your month of self-care appointments. Then come back here.

If you skipped that step, then you've just had your first learning moment.

The single most important thing you can do for your wellness is to set aside time for it.

Your Second Step

Below you'll find the Middleway Network Pre-Assessment. This form gives your Mentors an idea about what you are doing and where you have room for growth. But more importantly, it teaches you about yourself, and gives you an idea of what is to come.

When you complete this form, it tells us that you are ready to enroll in the program.
